You leave the kitchen as you found it: dishes in the dishwasher, workbenches wiped down, rubbish out.
Optional — end cleaning
Prefer to leave with peace of mind? We arrange the end cleaning for an additional fee. Let us know in your request.

About rates and booking.
Are the prices including VAT?
No — all amounts are excl. VAT. This is standard for business rentals in the Netherlands.
How does cleaning work?
You leave the space clean. Prefer not to clean yourself? End-of-day cleaning is available for a small additional fee — let us know in your request.
What if I want to come back regularly?
For frequent rentals — e.g. a fixed evening per week or an R&D day per month — we offer a custom rate. Mention it in your request.
How does payment work?
After confirmation we send an invoice, payable within 14 days. For first-time clients or large events a deposit may be requested.
Is there a deposit on fragile tableware?
Not for regular rentals. For large groups or specific requirements we discuss in advance.
What if I need less than a half-day?
A half-day is our smallest unit. For exceptions — e.g. a 2-hour shoot — ask us and we'll see what fits.
