Who we are

What data we use

• Contact: when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details and question to answer your request and arrange a booking.
• Bookings: for a quote and invoice we use your (company) name, address and contact details. Invoices are kept for as long as Dutch law requires (7 years).
• Website visits: we measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These work without cookies and do not store data that identifies you personally.

Cookies

We use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to enquiries. Google only places cookies for this if you click Accept in the cookie notice. If you decline, no advertising cookies are placed. Your choice is stored in your own browser; clear it and we will ask again. If you click through to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn, their privacy rules apply.

Sharing and retention

We never sell your data and only share it when needed for your booking or required by law. Contact messages are not kept longer than necessary.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@culinair-annonu.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
